Eazybead-Z Pre-Order Policy
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is in stock in order to reserve it in advance. This helps us secure inventory and prepare your order once production is complete.
2. Processing & Estimated Shipping Time

Pre-order items typically ship within 90–120 days.

Some orders may arrive sooner.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, customs, shipping carriers, or high demand.

Shipping timeframes begin after the preorder production window, not at checkout.

If delays occur, customers will be notified with updates.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your preorder item.

Once payment is processed, your item is reserved.

Production and inventory commitments begin shortly after preorder sales close.
4. Split Shipping for Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items:

Eazybead-Z will ship the in-stock items first using the shipping funds paid at checkout.

Once the preorder item becomes available, the customer will receive an invoice for shipping costs for the preorder item before it can be shipped.

The preorder item will not ship until the shipping invoice is paid.

Customers must pay the additional shipping invoice in a timely manner to prevent delays.
If you prefer all items to ship together, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
5. Order Changes

Address changes must be requested before your order ships.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
6. Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled within 60 days of the original order date for a full refund.

After 60 days, orders cannot be canceled due to production and inventory commitments.

Preorders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
7. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 72 hours or longer to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has shipped.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Once delivered, preorder items fall under our standard return policy:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
9. Shipping & Carrier Delays

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Eazybead-Z is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or delivery issues once the package has been handed to the carrier.
10. Product Variations
Slight variations in color, packaging, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches. These minor variations do not qualify as defects.
11. Communication
Customers will receive periodic updates regarding preorder timelines.
